Recruitment of Auditors for Internal Control & Compliance Division Job Description/Responsibility : Conduct Risk Based (Process) Audit to identify control/process gaps in light of regulatory guidelines as well as bank’s internal policy/guidelines/manual etc. Ensure that internal control & compliance division meets regulatory requirements and best practices at all times. Prepare audit report on time for sending to the branch/ division and executive summary for the management. Identify and report potential risk exposures within the bank and recommend mitigating controls to prevent or minimize such potential exposures. Conduct surprise audit as well as special investigation as and when required. Perform all duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time. Job Nature : Full-time. Educational Requirements : Bangladeshi citizens having Masters in any discipline from a reputed university having no third division/ class or equivalent GPA in academic career. Professional Qualification : Minimum Articleship (Course Completed). Knowledge Level, Application Level or Advance Level will get added advantage. Experience of Bank auditing, adequate IT knowledge and willingness to develop their career in audit. Working experience in Internal Control & Compliance Division would be given preference. Age : Age limit should be within 30 years as of December 31, 2016. But age may be relaxed for experienced candidates. Additional Requirements : Preferably working experience in Centralized Banking System. Excellent oral and written Communication skill in English and Bengali.
