Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall activities of the factory.
• Develop the production/manufacturing plan and director ensure final products conform to target quality.
• Plan and ensure worker schedules, production activities, machine maintenance, resource allocation etc.
• Ensure factory safety measures, plan & establish strategies to ensure workers’ health and safety.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any group from a reputed university.

Experience & Job Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience including practical experience in leading teams
• The Candidate must have sound knowledge on plastic industry preferably on disposable plastic-ware industry and PET based manufacturing
• Rigorous work ethic; capacity to both execute well on delegated tasks and work independently
• Should have good verbal and written command over English and Bangla
• Should have managerial competency and supervising skills
• Should be practical, dedicated and self-motivated person

Job Location: Narsingdi

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience, education and practical skills
