Job Description / Responsibility
Achieving revenue goals by developing and managing food and beverage marketing, sales and product strategies.
Maximizing profitability by directing Food and Beverage operations.
Monitoring Food and Beverage ordering, pricing, receiving and inventory procedures including Mini Bar to ensure the that cost controls are met, monitored and maintained.
Working with the Executive Chef in maintaining product consistency by conducting inspections of seasoning, portions and appearance of food served in the operations; performing necessary follow-up.

Experience should be min 7 years as F&B Manager/ Assistant F&B Manager with stable employment track and following key competencies:
Worked 4 and 5 international branded hotels in Bangladesh or in abroad.
Vast knowledge on different food concepts including Local/Asian/Western Cuisine.
Prepares revenue forecasts for Department based on business booked to date, current and historical booking pace and impact of special promotions.
